Yanmar ViO10 Mini Excavator Features

ViO10-2A: Unmatched Performance in a Compact Package

The ViO10-2A mini-excavator delivers exceptional performance and versatility, especially in challenging environments. Its extendable undercarriage provides a narrow 830 mm profile for superior maneuverability in tight spaces, expanding to 1,000 mm for enhanced stability and lifting power. This ensures excellent weight distribution whether retracted or extended, complemented by an extendable blade for quick, easy adjustments.

True Zero-Tail Compactness

Experience true zero-tail swing: even with the undercarriage extended, neither the counterweight nor the front upper frame exceed the crawler width. With the undercarriage retracted, the machine’s rear extends by a mere 85 mm. Boasting a front swing radius of 1,080 mm and a rear swing radius of just 650 mm, the ViO10-2A excels in confined areas. Its longer 1,440 mm tracks further enhance stability and provide a smoother ride than competitors.

High-Performance Power

The ViO10-2A’s three-cylinder engine offers impressive power with surprisingly low noise and fuel consumption. An advanced cooling system prevents overheating and hydraulic performance loss, even in hot climates. Achieve superlative digging force and depth thanks to axial piston pumps (outperforming competitors’ gear pumps) and twin variable flow pumps, allowing for continuous operation with demanding attachments like breakers.

Simplified Maintenance & Durability

Designed for minimal downtime, the ViO10-2A ensures easy access to all serviceable parts, including a frontal hydraulic distributor and the engine via a large bonnet for straightforward daily maintenance. Unlike competitors, its construction features minimal plastic working parts, leading to greater robustness, durability, and the highest residual value in its class. Hydraulic pipes on the arm are sectioned, allowing for cost-effective, partial replacements in case of breakage.
